But what about ...
- Is there a free trial?
Yes, when setting up your account there is no payment method required. All features are enabled right away, however if you go over the quota it will automatically stop logging your analytics. This won't impact your visitors but you will miss useful data, before this happens we'll send you a few heads up emails to make sure you can upgrade before that happens.
- Can we use this in Shopify?
There is no out of the box solution yet, however the API can be used to implement your own integration. It is on the roadmap to get an out of the box solution out there as soon as possible. Keep an eye on the docs!
- How long do you store the data?
The only user data stored is form the analytics. This data sticks around while the corresponding test is in active or finished state. The moment a test is archived the results remain but the analytics get wiped, archiving a test is a one time operation. Test results will be kept around for as the organization exits.
