Approve applications for access from an agent. Only for the Improve admin organization.
These endpoints are for the people who run Improve. They only work in the platform's admin organization; any other organization answers 403 insufficient_role.
GET /api/agent/organizations/{organizationId}/sign-ups lists the applications for access, newest first, with whether each is accepted and registered (its register code was used to create an organization).
POST /api/agent/organizations/{organizationId}/sign-ups/{signUpId}/approve approves one. The applicant gets a welcome email with a register code, which the response also returns. Approving one twice sends nothing and returns "alreadyApproved": true.
