• What happens if I go over?

  Nothing your visitors notice. Your site keeps being served and every analytics event is still recorded. We never drop your data.

  What pauses is our side. Test results stop recalculating, and your changes stop reaching visitors until the next month or a bigger plan. Admins get an email at 80% and 100% of a quota.

• How are payments handled?

  By Polar, who you buy from. They take the payment, send the invoices and handle VAT, including reverse charge for EU businesses with a VAT ID.

  Change plan, update your card, cancel or download invoices in the Polar customer portal, linked from your billing page.

• What counts as a datafile request?

  Every time the SDK fetches your datafile, the config with your tests and flags. From any environment.

• What counts as an analytics event?

  Every event and every exposure the SDK sends. An exposure is logged when a visitor sees a test or flag variant.

• Is the quota per environment?

  No. One quota per organization, shared across develop, staging and production.

• When does the quota reset?

  On the first of every month, UTC.

• What if a payment fails?

  Your plan stays active while Polar retries. Only a cancelled subscription moves you back to Free.

• Do I need a card for Free?

  No. Every organization starts on Free. Only an organization admin can upgrade.

• What is Enterprise?

  No quotas, with a price we agree on together. Get in touch.
